DeVetter Design Group worked with the White Bear Lake School District to add four new classrooms, a new administration wing, and a gymnasium to Matoska International IB World School. The project was crafted to solve several internal security issues and to improve site circulation issues with parent and bus drop-off and pick-up.

Our design solution relocated the administration space away from the parent drop-off and combined it with the new gymnasium to create a more visible and secure entrance. A bus drop-off was created on this side of the school to separate parent and bus traffic. The existing administration area was remodeled into classrooms to create a securable private classroom block within the school.
